LINE COOK 1 

SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE

As a Cook your goal is to be committed to providing our guest with exceptional service, quality, and value. Cleanliness of the food service area is essential, as well as maintaining the quality and freshness of the food while performing tasks directed by the Sous Chef. The right candidate must possess the ability to physically handle knives, pots and other display items as well as grasp, lift and carry/transport up to 50 pounds to every area of the kitchen. In addition, this position requires the ability to use and handle various kitchen machinery including but not limiting to slicers, grinders, mixers, etc. The ideal candidate must be innovative, detail-oriented, and a multi-tasker with good oral communication and interpersonal relationship skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

● Maintain all standards.
Familiar with our recipes, ingredients, and equipment.
Cook food to specifics.
Assist Sous Chef with maintaining inventory.
● Daily prep.

POSITION TYPE

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary based on need. Frequent evening and weekend work is required.

● 4 years of increased experience working in a commercial kitchen.
● Ability to read and communicate in English.
● Food Handler Certification.

 

LINE COOK 2

As a Cook II your goal is to be committed to providing our guest with exceptional service, quality, and value. ● 2 year experience working in commercial kitchen.
● Ability to read and communicate in English.

 

SERVER | PART TIME

The Food Server provides excellent customer service to our guests, serves food, specialty beverages and wine. The Food Server is responsible for overall Guest satisfaction and for providing a memorable dining experience from start to finish. The Food Server is also responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

● Responsible for opening the restaurant at the prescribed time and ensuring the restaurant seating and service area is clean and ready for Guests to enter.
● The Food Server is responsible for preparing the service stations.
● Maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude toward Guests, other associates and Management staff.
● Excellent etiquette, ability to multitask, hospitality minded, customer service-oriented and an outgoing personality are qualities we look for.
● Creating emotional connections and getting to know Guest preferences, likes and dislikes.
● Knowledgeable about all menu offerings and for providing food and beverage service to our Guests which includes accuracy of orders.
● You will be required to possess sufficient wine knowledge in order to suggest wines to pair with our menu and in this way provide Guests with a memorable dining experience.
● Performs other related duties as required.

POSITION TYPE

This may be a part-time position with the possibility of full-time. Days and hours of work vary based on business needs and will routinely include weekends and holidays.

● Experience working as a server in a fine dining establishment is a plus.

 

HOST | PART TIME

The Restaurant Host is the first employee to interact with arriving guests as they enter the restaurant. It is the job of the Host to greet arriving guests, welcome them into the establishment and seat them. The Host is a personal representation of the service and overall hospitality of the staff of the restaurant. While guests are waiting to be seated or waiting for take-out orders to be ready, it is the job of the Host is to ensure that the guests are made comfortable and kept informed of the status of their orders or wait times. In some restaurants, the hostess offers drinks to the guests who have to wait.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

● Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests, informs them of specials.
● Treats all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction by delivering five star service.
● Always strives to exceed guests’ expectations.
● Communicate with all associates of VIP guests.
● Takes names on a waiting list.
● Runs the floor plan board.
● Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables.
● Takes guest information and quotes wait times to guests accurately when tables are not immediately available.
● Cleans, organizes and stocks menus at host area.
● Answers phone and answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant.
● Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience.
● Sweeps foyer and front entrance area frequently.
● Performs other duties as directed.

This is a part-time position. Frequent evening and weekend shifts are required.
